How TON deposits are credited
Only transactions a masterchain block has committed are read, and TON’s masterchain does not reorganize, so one commit is final.
A jetton balance lives in a separate jetton wallet contract for each holder. A jetton deposit is credited only when it executes on the jetton wallet the jetton master names for your address, and the memo comes from inside the token transfer.
Each deposit reaches you as a webhook: deposit.detected while it is pending, then deposit.confirmed with the exact amount delivered, which is the signal to credit it.
Sending GRAM and tokens
Pass a memo of up to 120 bytes when the recipient needs one. Jetton sends attach 0.05 GRAM to run the jetton wallets on both sides, most of which comes back, so keep some GRAM next to your jettons.
Every withdrawal is prepared by the API, signed with key material only you hold, and broadcast once. A send whose outcome is unknown is never retried blind. See withdrawals and hot wallets for automated payouts.

Does Guveno hold my TON keys?
No. Guveno is self-custodial: your recovery phrase is encrypted on your device, and Guveno never holds a key that can move your funds. It watches your addresses and prepares transactions, and you sign them.
