How do I get an account?+
Sign-ups are referral-based at the moment: enter a referral code when you sign up and you’re in. Don’t have one? Just ask — request a demo or email support@guveno.com and we’ll send you a code, usually the same day. Once you’re in, the Developer tier is free.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Pick a plan and add your card right after signup to activate it; you get the plan’s full limits immediately, and the first charge only lands when the trial ends. Cancel anytime from the billing portal.
Which blockchains do you support?+
Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, XRP, Polkadot and TRON today, including ERC-20/BEP-20 and TRC20 tokens such as USDT and USDC, and we’re adding more chains all the time. Startup includes Bitcoin & Ethereum mainnet with the other chains available as $49/mo add-ons; Pro and Enterprise include every chain.
Can I import an existing wallet?+
Yes. Import via seed phrase or watch-only via public address. We never see your seed.
Security
Where are my private keys stored?+
You hold them. Hot-wallet keys are encrypted client-side with your password; cold-storage keys are generated in a key ceremony and never touch a connected machine.
What happens if a team member leaves?+
Revoke their access from the admin console. Multi-sig thresholds and policies survive, so funds are never controlled by a single seat.
Do you have a bug bounty?+
Informal today, formal program in 2026. Critical findings get a bounty regardless.
Billing
How is pricing calculated?+
Per organization. Your tier sets a flat base price plus its included resources (wallets, monitored addresses, org members) and network access. API requests are unlimited on every plan; there is no per-request metering. On paid plans, wallets and monitored addresses beyond your included amounts bill as monthly overage ($5/mo per extra wallet and $10/mo per 100 extra addresses), measured from what you hold at the end of each calendar month and invoiced separately); org-member limits are fixed, and the free Developer tier’s limits are hard caps. The Developer tier is free (Bitcoin & Ethereum testnets). Startup covers Bitcoin & Ethereum mainnet; each additional chain (BSC, XRP, TRON, Polkadot) is a $49/mo add-on on your subscription. Pro includes every chain, and Enterprise starts at $1,950/mo, priced with your requirements (including custom limits or a hard custom cap).
Monthly or annual billing?+
Both. Annual is billed up front and works out ~30% cheaper than paying monthly. Switch any time from the billing portal.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?+
Yes, prorated up or credited down through Stripe. Startup and Pro are self-serve; Enterprise is sales-led, starting at $1,950/mo with custom limits.
